Fish-Bones Group:

We consist of three automotive related businesses in New York City.

All three businesses are operated out of one location.

1) Precision Transmission has been serving New York City Since the late 1970's.

We specialize in the repair and replacement of automatic and standard transmissions.

We service domestic as well as foreign cars, vans and trucks. We have 8 lifts, including a

25,000 lb. truck lift

Since we are NOT a franchise, we do not have the expense of franchise fees or the

expense of a major advertising campain.

2) Fish-Bones Towing was formed in 2006. We began operations during 2007. We do light & medium

duty towing. We presently have one wheel lift, one large flatbed, one service vehicle and we are

getting another flatbed ready for service in April or May of 2008. We provide service for most major auto clubs.

3) Fish-Bones Tools is a tool company. We sell mostly to local shops and dealerships.

We have been selling tools in New York City since 2005.
